Majlis & Garage
This 1,600 m² new-build project in the Middle East sits within the grounds of a major palace complex.
The building brings together two primary functions: a dedicated car display space and a fully equipped garage. Each area is supported by a range of essential ancillary facilities to enhance comfort, usability, and day-to-day operation, with large sliding doors providing a direct connection between the two.
The main space includes a mezzanine level with private meeting rooms, race simulator/gaming rooms, and office accommodation, all overlooking a double-height majlis/lounge and the car display area. The garage features its own expansive double-height volume, with storage for up to 35 vehicles, plus a mezzanine housing plant equipment, additional storage, WC facilities, and access to the main roof.
A new secure access road will be constructed, including a guardhouse and a two-stage gated entry system to provide enhanced security.
Site works are scheduled to commence in Spring 2026.
